THAO NGUYEN

MBA, RMIT University Melbourne

With over 15 years of experience in various organisations in Vietnam and Overseas including hospitality management, higher education, customer experience design, project management and start-ups, Thao is known for her passion in social enterprise movement in Vietnam. She is currently leading the well-known social enterprise KOTO – Know One Teach One, while contributing to the strategic development of Delingoo.

Thao believes that real successful businesses are not only measured by financial returns, but also social returns. Using the power of business to create positive social impact is a sustainable and responsible approach to doing business in our modern world.

LEO LU NGUYEN

Business Development

Leo is known for his hospitability and friendliness. Leo has 10 years of work experience in food and beverage industry, and he was the first runner for Barista Competition of Hilton Group. Then Leo was become a Service Trainer for Highland Coffee and FLC Group before he was employed as Business Development Manager for an exclusive distributor of famous Italian Coffee Machine Brands.

Leo is passionate about customer experience and he gets the inspiration from working with our clients and partners at Delingoo every day.

TOAN VU

Certified Roaster

With over 10 years of experience in the coffee roasting, barista training and quality insurance, Toan is know as a “Coffee Guru”. Coffee is his life! Toan has worked with leading coffee machine brands such as Cimbali and Delonghi and spent most of his time focusing on perfecting his coffee roasting technique and inventing new blends and flavour.

He does everything through the lens of humanity – from his commitment to the highest quality coffee, to the way he engages with our coffee farmers, to coffee consumers – he always put people at the centre of his world. Toan’s simple joy is to revolutionise the coffee business in Vietnam and to create an authentic coffee experience for consumers.

Với hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực rang cà phê, đào tạo barista và quản lý chất lượng sản xuất, Toàn được biết đến như một Chuyên gia Cà phê. Cà phê chính là cuộc sống của anh! Toàn đã làm việc với các thương hiệu máy pha cà phê hàng đầu như Cimbali và Delonghi và dành phần lớn thời gian tập trung vào việc hoàn thiện kỹ thuật rang cà phê của anh và sáng tạo sản phẩm cà phê.

Anh ấy luôn đặt yếu tố con người lên hầng đầu qua những việc làm – từ cam kết chỉ sản xuất cà phê chất lượng cao nhất, cho đến cách anh ấy gắn bó với nông dân trồng cà phê của chúng tôi, đến người tiêu dùng cà phê – anh ấy luôn đặt người tiêu dùng là trọng tâm. Niềm vui giản đơn của Toàn là cách mạng hóa nghành cà phê tại Việt Nam và tạo ra trải them nhiều nghiệm cà phê đích thực cho người tiêu dùng.

LEO LU NGUYEN

Business Development

Leo được biết đến với sự hiếu khách và thân thiện. Anh có 10 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành thực phẩm và đồ uống, và anh là người về nhất trong cuộc thi Barista của Tập đoàn Hilton. Sau đó, Leo đã trở thành trưởng nhóm đào tạo về Dịch vụ khách hàng cho tập đoàn Highland và tập đoàn FLC trước khi anh quay sang làm Giám đốc Phát triển Kinh doanh cho một nhà phân phối độc quyền của Thương hiệu Máy pha cà phê nổi tiếng của Ý.

Leo rất đam mê trải nghiệm dịch vụ khách hàng và anh ấy có luôn có được cảm hứng khi làm việc với khách hàng và đối tác của chúng tôi tại Delingoo mỗi ngày

Cô hiện đang lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp xã hội nổi tiếng KOTO – Biết Một Dạy Một, đồng thời đóng góp cho sự phát triển chiến lược của Delingoo.

Thảo tin rằng các doanh nghiệp thành công thực sự không chỉ được đo bằng lợi nhuận tài chính, mà còn được đo lường bằng giá trị tác động xã hội.
